ARTICLE 12-CFP LEADERSHIP ELECTIONS

12.1 At each National Convention the delegates shall be asked by secret ballot: "Do you wish to have a leadership election?"

12.2 At any time when the Canadian Federalist Party is the governing party in Canada and the leader of the Canadian National Party is prime minister of Canada twenty (20) or more CFP members of parliament may demand a secret ballot of all CFP members of parliament asking the question: "Do you wish to have a leadership election?"
